Cradles to Crayons, Philadelphia struggled to keep volunteers numbers up when they came back from COVID restrictions. They implemented the new Hub Project, which includes donation pods in Philadelphia and surrounding counties for easier volunteer and donation opportunities. We were tasked with increasing brand awareness and community engagement specifically surrounding the Hub Project.

Our target audience, college students and recent grads ages 18-24, are avid Instagram and Facebook users. Many of these students travel to their hometowns or around the city via public transport or highway. What motivates them to volunteer and keeps them coming back is the rewarding feeling they receive from helping someone in need.
